Borm and raised in Trumbull, CT, McKenzie has recently moved to the New Orleans area. A graduate of the Aveda Institute in New York, she holds licenses in both esthiology and cosmetology. With a passion for makeup, McKenzie studied at the Makeup Designery (MUD), where she learned beauty, fashion, and FX makeup applications. She specializes in bridal and everyday makeup looks with the thought that making people feel better about themselves is the best part of the job.
McKenzie began work with Make Me Up in 2011.
