Professional Makeup Artist Instruction
aka Make Me Up University . . .
(5 day course of study)
Learn to become a professional makeup artist
One week course Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 – 5:00
Artists will learn makeup technicques used in bridal, print, FX, and genre makeup as well as basic skin care. Fee includes kit and portfolio pictures, and certificate of completion. Emphasis will be placed on developing artisitc creativity and individual style. Class will be conducted in a studio environment, with photography session on the final day. The number of students per class will be limited in order to provide each student with ample one on one attention.

Makeup Party
2 hour party in our studio. Makeup and skin care presentation followed by mini-makeovers. Ages 12 and up. Individual reservations by credit card in advance required.
8 – 12 attendees $15 per person
4 – 7 attendees $30 per person
3 attendees $40 per person.
Birthday Party
90 minute party in our studio. Ages 6 – 12, 8 guest maximum.
$15 per guest includes mini-makeover

Airbrush Foundation
$25 extra on all makeup applications above.
A Note about Airbrush Foundation: Airbrush foundation is the “newest trend” in makeup and is designed to give a flawless look to skin when seen on high definition television. It also improves the skin’s appearance in photography. The makeup is sprayed onto the face with an airgun and then dries to a water resistant finish that will last for hours. However, it is important to know that even airbrush foundation does not work on all skin types. It has been our experience that dry skin does not respond to airbrush because the foundation actually makes the skin even drier, and may even flake off. Therefore, we make no guarantees on the success of your airbrush application. We can assess the condition of your skin, and try airbrush to see if it produces the desired results. But if it does not, or we determine that your skin is not right for airbrush foundation, we will recommend the use of a liquid base foundation, such as Kevyn Aucoin’s Liquid Airbrush, or Smashbox HD Foundation, both of which will give an airbrushed look.
